Beth Jacobsen-DanielsDirector

Is a graduate of Temple University and holds a BA in Dance Education and Kinisiology. While at Temple, 

Beth performed with the University’s Motion Dance company for four years and danced at the Academy of Music under the direction of Patsey Kelly Turner. She served as a talent judge for Dance Masters of America competition along with Dance Educators of America. In addition, she is a certified member of Dance Masters, the only organization that certifies teachers.

Beth continues to study in New York under well known teachers such as Joe Tramine, Sheila Barker and David Howard. Beth’s dancers have performed in the Boscov’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and they also performed for the Fox television network “Good Day Live”. Along with this her dancers have won many state competitions.

Beth served as director and teacher of Cheltenham Township Dance program and she taught gymnastics at Ft. Washington Elementary School in the PA area before opening her own school in 1989. It is her goal at Beth Jacobsen School of Dance to provide quality training in dance along with positive challenges and achievable goals.
